    Design & Fabrication

    ​All of our projects are designed and fabricated under one roof, therefore, we can offer a turn-key project from concept through completion. This also gives us the flexibility to fast-track your project to help meet your schedule. Our team can field survey, design, fabricate and install components matched perfectly to your needs. 

  • Tank Construction

    NEW TANKS

    Our capabilities include design, fabrication and construction of new field erected water tanks. From 25,000 gallons to 1,000,000 gallons we provide site work, foundation, tank design and construction, including any ancillary requirements.

  • RELOCATING TANKS

    Sometimes a more economically viable option may be a pre-existing tank. In some situations a town or small water utility may be in need of a water tank and their budget is such that a new tank is not an option. We have experience locating and providing existing tanks in excellent condition that are simply no longer of use to the existing owner.

  • Tank demolition

    RETIRED TANKS

    When a tank has reached the end of its useful life, it may need to be removed. We can safely dismantle and remove it from the site. Removal can be done right down to or below the foundation, freeing up your valuable real estate.

  • TEMPORARY WATER STORAGE

    We can provide pressurized water tanks for storage while your tank is out of service for maintenance. We provide the tanks and hook them into your existing distribution system through a simple hydrant connection or directly into your mechanical piping.

  • REPAIRS

    We provide repairs and modifications of foundations, tank floors, shell plates, roofs, risers and more. We design the modifications or repairs, shop fabricate as required, field construct and complete the work by applying appropriate coatings and restoring the tank to service. We perform our work in accordance with industry standards. Our personnel are well experienced with weld certificates from ASME and AWS.

  • Upgrades & Accessories

    We know compliance and AWWA standards change. And your needs change as your tank requires upgrades or additional accessories. We want to be your solution.

    • safety climbs, fall protection, vandal gates, safety gates and more.
    • manways, nozzles, hatches, vents, overflows and mixing systems

  • WIRELESS RETROFITS

    With many years of experience in the water tank industry, we are acutely aware of the ongoing need to operate and maintain your storage tank. That experience counts when retrofitting to accommodate wireless equipment. We understand the needs and requirements of proper water storage tank operations, safety requirements, the structural consequences of the retrofit and the importance of your continuous operations and maintenance.

    We custom design and install structural wireless components to match the size, shape and contour of any tank while maintaining your ability to service the tank.

    ​Attention to these details can avoid costly re-work and down-time.

    With our broad range of knowledge and experience in the design, construction and maintenance of water storage tanks you can be confident that the project will be done right the first time.

    Our field personnel are ASME and AWS certified. We also offer stud welding where appropriate so as not to damage coatings.

  • MIXING SYSTEMS

    Meeting the highest water quality standards is the top priority of all public water systems. As there are many factors affecting water quality, there are many processes and methods to address them.

    Mixing systems, whether "off the shelf" components or systems designed specifically for unique situations, can address a number of water quality issues. All America Services can install standard systems or reconfigure a tank piping system to help address water quality issues.
